This is the title professional’s opportunity to learn about the legislative priorities of the title industry, network with your title industry colleagues and learn about the latest industry trends all while earning your legal continuing education credits! Effective December 1, 2025, certain residential real estate transactions, primarily those which are paid for by cash or non-depository financing and involve entities rather than individuals will be required to be reported to FinCEN. This program will provide an overview of the basis for the new rule and the basics of its requirements. As more information becomes available from FinCEN, NELTA will be offering additional updates on the specifics of the reports and the means to file them in more detail.
