Join Chief Bankruptcy Judge Cary and Attorney John Doonan, as they discuss the methods they have seen utilized to efficiently and effectively utilize negotiations and court orders to resolve real (or perceived) impediments to closings. About the Speakers: Peter G. Cary was sworn in as the District of Maine's fifth United States Bankruptcy Judge in January of 2014. He presently serves as the Chief Judge of the Court, LEARN MORE. John A. Doonan, Esq., helped found DGL in 1986 and has practiced in State and Federal Court since then, handling hundreds of hearings and trials concerning creditor’s rights. John has been at the forefront of precedent setting litigation throughout Massachusetts and Maine.
